"Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men." (Matthew 4:19)
Our mission is to make disciples who make disciples who love God with all their heart and their neighbor as themselves. We accomplish this when we follow Jesus together using the same discipleship methodology that Jesus and the early church used -- using with a biblical foundation and a reproducible process, an intentional leader shepherds a small group in a relational environment.
These are what we call "Life Groups."
Jesus has called us to be His disciples and to make disciples. The church's primary responsibility is to be focused on intentional and relational discipleship. Our strategy for making disciples is to place people in small groups and to move them through an intentional process where they are coached through specific growth stages. We have broken down discipleship into four distinct ABCD phases:
- Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
- Belong to a small group of believers who are also committed to growing in Christ.
- Contribute your gifts and abilities to serve others.
- Disciple a younger follower through intentional mentoring.
